AW21 Collection
The collection is inspired by a combination of modernist architecture and interiors, particularly the brutalist house by the architect Brian Housden, the building's vibrant colour palette, obscure shapes and contrasting materials like glass and concrete. The prints on the clothes merge tailoring, a juxtaposition of fabric and features of 78 South Hill Park to create unique, abstract garments.
About the BRAND
ALEXCLAIRE is a London based brand by designer Alexandra Eastman. After graduating from university in 2018 with a BA in Fashion design Alex spent the last 3 years gaining experience in the industry, before starting her own fashion label.
The brand specialises in print design with major influences from modernist architecture and interiors, combined with tailoring and androgyny. "I want to create clothes that are sleek and trendy and that make people feel confident and stand out from the crowd."
There is a large focus on ethically sourced fabrics, all garments are custom made and printed in the UK by a sustainable company and handmade by me.
